It is a research unit attached to the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences of the University of Nouakchott. It is accepted by the National Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research (CNESRS) and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the period [03-05-2021 to 02-05-2024] following the ministerial orders 2021-517 and 2022-183 and according to the provisions of Decree 2017-121 of October 16, 2017, related to research structures.[03-05-2022 au 02-05-2025]
